Just off the County road, somewhere between Graeagle and Plumas Pines, you will find the lovely neighborhood we call Goldridge Estates. Established a few years back by MacGregor Dawson and family – it really is a nice opportunity for building – or buy an existing home. Lots range in size from 1/2 acre to 2 acres. Roads are paved and county maintained. Each parcel would require an independent septic/leachfield system (check with Plumas County Environmental Health Dept. for requirements… or better yet – ask your Realtor®!) Water is served to the property by Graeagle Water Company, however, the property owners within the development are owners in the “Smith Creek Mutual Water Co.”
